Scenic and peacefully placed on Rennesøy. Did not stay the night, but enjoyed the rich sunday buffet. Great food: shrimp, fish soup, four types of meat, vegetables and side dishes, cakes and sweets. Will be back!
Lovely place in beautiful surroundings. I ate fish here. Recomend it. My friends had veal and was not so happy about it. But they asked for well done and of corse, it got dry. The fish never dissapoint, so juicey with lots of taste from the garnityr to compliment it. Service is as good as it gets 👍😊 …
We had julebord there. Good service, nice place and atmosphere but food could be better. Dry pinnekjøtt unfortunately. It looked like the food was warmed up few times/for too long and it tasted overcooked.

Excellent 17 may buffet and very attentive staff especially the young lady from Holland and the young man from Eriteria. Very picturesque location. Recommended.
We were there in the restaurant and we got very good different meal. The waiters were very attentive, nice and polite.
We were the only guests at the hotel, attending a meeting. Staff is Friendly, and the location of the hotel is great. Nice views and a short walk to the Utstein monestary. Dinner was so so, lunch was better with fresh fish. Breakfast was plenty with an ok selection. Rooms are located in separate houses and are generally small but comfortable, with an average standard. Free WiFi of course and tv in all rooms.
Perfect location for a romantic getaway. Rooms are a bit noisy, but decent quality. The food was good. The best thing with this hotel is the location and the surrounding area.
